A guide to starting baby feeding!

Baby feeding guide : If you are newborn at home and worried about how proper baby nutrition plus breast milk, stay with us. In this article, we will briefly refer to the principles that are important in infant feeding.

Of course, this age is not decisive and is different depending on the physical condition of the infants.

Starting a meal with other foods does not mean finishing the lactation, and other foods should be used as a supplement.

At the beginning of feeding a baby with solid foods, it’s best to use soft foods that look like milk and make digestion easy. You can first mix the food with breast milk.

It may be normal for you to eat solid foods, but it’s new to your child. He was dealing with a liquid diet until today.

Your child needs training to get used to having a spoon of solid food. So do not expect to eat everything easily.It’s best to start with one or two teaspoons and try to enjoy this experience.

After 9 months, your baby will generally be able to sit and balance more.

At this time, you can more easily allow him to eat with his hands. Some food that are also called fingers food can be appealing to the baby. For example, banana pieces or cooked carrots, cooked pasta, cooked eggs and eggs.

Avoid causing harm to your baby from candy, chips, raw vegetables, grapes, harsh cheese, sausages and other industrial foods in your child’s diet.
