Detoxify: How to detox your body naturally? (Part 1)

Detoxify: Today, with the modernization of societies, a large amount of pollution come from your body through food, medicines, air and water.

Your body’s detoxification system is constantly working to prevent the entry of dangerous toxins into your body.

In this article, first we investigate the organs of the body that are involved in detoxification. and in the next article we will talk about foods that improve the body’s detoxification system.

In the process of detoxification, 6 organs play a vital role. These organs are:

Detoxify: Liver

Your liver is your strongest weapon against toxins. The liver does this with about 500 dependent mechanisms.

Therefore, By using these mechanisms, it filters the blood and prevents the toxins entering the body.

The liver passes nutrients into your bloodstream, and the waste passes through your kidneys or intestines.

Detoxify: Kidneys

Kidneys perform multiple functions. Including regulating fluid balance and electrolyte in your body. They also help to control your blood pressure.

They filter your blood and also removes waste from muscle metabolism and removes urea.

Detoxify: Gastrointestinal system

The digestive system from the mouth to the intestine is also work by various mechanisms of detoxification.

So, The intestinal microflora disintegrates the food that its useful portion is absorbed through the bloodstream in the intestine.

Toxins are also transferred to the small intestine and repel from the body.

Detoxify: Respiratory system

The respiratory system also removes toxins as carbon dioxide from the body.
