Coffee : Researchers believe that coffee addiction is not a big deal.
If you drink coffee for one year and then stop drinking it, you will get a headache, but this is a temporary headache.
In the world, an average of 500 billion cups of coffee are consumed annually.
Coffee is packaged in various flavors in the world and is considered to be the largest industry in the world.
But, is Decaf (without caffeine) really caffeine free? The answer is not quite.
Each of a medium coffee cup has 130 mg of caffeine, while an average cup of coffee known as Decaf has about 5 mg of caffeine, which is as high as caffeine in a hot chocolate cup Or half a pack of chocolate bar.
Compared to that, one can of a Coca-Cola is about 35-45 mg of caffeine.
You may be able to drink it daily but it depends on the conditions of your body.
For example, if you suffer from osteoporosis, you need a lot of calcium and this magic drink or other caffeinated drinks prevents full calcium absorption.
You should not drink caffeinated drinks if you have a mental disorder.
However, if you have a temporary headache problem, caffeine can relieve you.
So, if you do not have a particular problem or disease that is relevant to caffeine consumption, you can drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day.
Some studies have shown that those who drink it are more likely to be protected against diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, gout, and so on.
So drink your coffee safely, but do not over-drink it.
