Skin care: How to take care of the Skin?

Skincare: How to take care of the skin?

Skin care: Our skin is the most important part of the beauty. We should protect our skin to be younger, but do you know have to take care of our skin?

Skin care: Keep your skin clean and moist

Clean your skin twice a day (at morning and at night) and wash it with non-soap detergents and warm water. If you wear makeup, remember to clean your face with proper solutions and toners before your sleep.

Skin care: Do not use hot water to wash the skin

A shower with hot water, although it can be enjoyable, it eliminates the fat of the skin and causes the skin to dry. After bath, apply moisture to your skin with natural oils such as olive oil and coconut or moisturizing cream. It is best to use a moisturizing oil before drying the skin. Do not dry the skin completely, only remove excess water of your face and body with a towel.

Skin care: It is better to select body lotions related to the season

The heavier and greasy lotion is suitable for the winter, and the lighter and fat free is suitable for the summer.

Skin care: Exfoliate your skin regularly

Once a week, peel your face and body with appropriate scrubs and creams. It remove dead cells. So, the skin becomes more subtle and delicate. Remember, the skin of the face is more sensitive than body’s skin. So, you should use proper scrubs for that.

Skin care: Wear make up!

Make-up is not a problem for the skin if you use good products. So, be careful about the choice of cosmetic products and do not miss the quality of cosmetic products. Brushes that are used in the makeup should be washed and cleaned frequently as they can be a source of bacteria. Again it is emphasized that you must clean your skin before sleep!

Skin care: Check the cosmetic products labels

Before you buy cosmetic products, read their brochure carefully. Do not use products containing parabens, methyl parabens, butylated parabens, propyl parabens, phthalates, propylene glycols and sodium lauryl sulfate. If your skin is sensitive, you should not use perfume products.
