4) Have a sports hangout

Take a cup of coffee at rest and relax on the sofa !!!

Get up and move. This is great for your body and mind.

A 30-minute walk 5 times a week will act like a bomb in your body and will have a great impact on your health.

Rest and regular breaks during work

Periodic rest during work is very important for physical and mental health and have a Healthy life.

Concentrating the mind on a similar activity for long periods of time will ultimately make it tired.

When the brain gets tired, it works less and this can lead to errors and low quality.
